Frank Lordi
Frank has been advising and helping to build start-up and emerging businesses for over fifteen years. He co-founded Trestle Ventures to share his experience with other business owners and help them bring their visions to life. He serves as a member of its Board of Managers and Investment Committee. Frank also represents Trestle Ventures on the board of Core Solutions, Inc., and Careerminds, Inc.

Frank also founded AC Lordi Consulting and has helped grow the firm from a one-person start-up into a leading provider of accounting and risk management services with offices across the country. He was instrumental in engineering an investment of $25 million from a group of venture capital firms to expand the company, and continues to directly manage the firm as CEO.

He has served as part-time CFO, strategic advisor, and board member to numerous early stage and growing companies. He began his career in public accounting with KPMG and Arthur Andersen’s emerging growth practice. Frank holds a BS in accounting from Pennsylvania State University.

 

Vince Menichelli
Vince has been advising and investing in early stage and middle market growth companies for more than 15 years. He is a co-founder of Trestle Ventures and is a member of its Board of Managers and Investment Committee. Vince also represents Trestle Ventures on the board of Orpheus Media Research, Inc., The Talk Market, and Weather Trends International.

Vince is also Managing Director at Actua Corporation where he oversees Actua's investments, providing strategic and operational guidance to their partner companies, and evaluating new acquisition opportunities. He has been a director, advisor or observer on the boards of numerous companies. Vince currently serves on the boards of SeaPass Solutions, Inc., Parchment, Inc., and GovDelivery, Inc.

Vince spent nine years with Coopers & Lybrand and Arthur Andersen, most recently as a Senior Manager in the technology practice. He provided management consulting services including financial analysis, market research, merger and acquisition transaction support, due diligence and business valuation. In addition, he worked with clients on numerous venture capital investments, acquisitions, initial public offerings and company sales. Vince holds an MBA in finance from Lehigh University and a BS in accounting from Bloomsburg University.

 

Jeff White
Jeff White has spent over 20 years building successful businesses spanning a broad range of industries and establishing himself as a successful investor and entrepreneur. He is a member of Trestle Ventures' Investment Committee. Jeff also represents Trestle Ventures as an observer on the board of The Talk Market.

Jeff has demonstrated his talent as a leader and innovator across numerous companies. He spent the first 16 years of his career with Hewlett Packard in a variety of Senior Management positions in Enterprise Computing, its legendary Printer Group, as well as the Analytical Life Sciences Business, which was eventually spun out to create Agilent where he served as Vice President of Software, Professional Services and Consumables. As President of NaPro Bio, he led the drug development efforts in Genetic Disease and assisted in the sale of its Therapeutic Cancer business. Later, he joined Fingerworks, a computer input device provider, as Chairman and CEO, creating strategic partnerships which led to an eventual merger with Apple. He also served as CEO of RCD helping to commercialize its proprietary RFID technology while raising $5M of institutional venture funding. Jeff also served as the Chairman and CEO of Sivox Partners, a Software as a Service (SaaS) CRM company. Jeff is currently President of Ecospan, a material science design, development and manufacturing company producing durable goods made from bio-based plastics.

Jeff has extensive background as a private investor in emerging growth companies, and serves as an advisor and board member of several private companies and venture funds. He has been guest lecturer at a number of prestigious universities including Harvard Business School as well as Venture Capital Conferences on building successful technology-driven businesses. He has been featured in Business Week magazine, the novel The Innovators Dilemma, and the Wall Street Journal. Mr. White holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a MBA from Northeastern University.
