INVESTMENT CRITERIA

Trestle Ventures makes initial investments of up to $250,000, and will co-invest with other early stage funds and angel investors.  We invest in early stage companies with a focus on technology companies and providers of technology enabled services.

When analyzing investment opportunities, we look for companies with the following characteristics:

• Founder and/or management team in place
• Currently generating revenue
• Strong customer value proposition
• Strong technology platform
• Large market opportunity
• Ability to achieve a sustainable market position
• Multiple exit alternatives
